Help Desk

How can you not like those knights in shining armor that seem to be able to make miracles happen in a sea of confusion? The technology of today seems to provide more opportunities to have issues happen that the tech-challenged needs some external support…and they need it now!

We have the exact same need in our everyday lives. We have been give an Owner’s Manual called The Bible, and I have to say the Help Desk support there is incredible. There may be some of you that have not taken the time to read the manual and I would encourage you to do so when you have time. It has some great tips, examples, etc. to deal with the various issues and challenges that comes your way while you use the equipment you have been blessed to have.

As for the Help Desk, He responds very quickly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! He’s a great listener and the amazing thing is that He walks you through your problem and is extremely patient with any flaws you may possess. Be sure that when you contact the Help Desk, that you are prepared to share all the information possible as He understands, but wants to be sure you do as well!

To contact the Help Desk, place one knee on the ground and then the other. Bow your head and just start talking. It’s that easy! Be sure to listen carefully and also know that He will not fix everything for you immediately. It would do no good for you to just have a magic wand waved and all your problems go away. You need to understand the problem and what caused it so that you can learn how to correct it next time.

By the way, the Help Desk is free! No charge! All that is asked is that you really are there to correct the issue. You give your all, and He will do the same.
