The journey of life is a series of peaks and valleys. When it comes to doing God's work, these peaks are very high, but the journey to climb the mountain is always full of others trying to knock you off the trail at every turn. Distractions and half truths are spread all across the trail and it is imperative that you stay focused and not be distracted from the task at hand.

It's an interesting fact of life that the closer you get to doing what God has prepared you to do, the enemy will attack even harder. These distractions may come from those closest to you, or from a source that you would never expect. You must stay focused and understand that these are intentional distractions that are usually not intentional from those causing the distraction, but who are being used to create confusion and chaos to disrupt your path.

It's part of life, that many times gets overlooked. We get caught up in the minutia of life and sometimes don't even realize that we are making an issue out of something that in the big picture is hurting the overall mission. We are all flawed and make mistakes on a minute by minute basis, but that does not mean we should just let this happen. Stay focused on the end goal, don't let the little things knock you off your stride. You are just about to turn the corner and win another victory for the good guys.
