It’s been a couple of days since my last post. Sorry about that, but had some medical issues that needed to be addressed and we had a couple of complications. All is well and I am back on the road to recovery. Though it was a few difficult days, I could not be happier than to watch the Medical Ministry International team jump right in and be sure that our focus remained squarely on those we seek to serve. It highlights the need for “bench strength” within any organization.

There is so much happening at any given time that it takes a team to ensure that every single i is dotted and t is crossed. Every person plays a significant role in the success of the ministry and this team continues to get better as each week passes. We are blessed with a very strong international team that is solely focused on making the ministry better. This does not happen overnight, but is a process that in the long run brings the ministry up to a level where we can deliver a high level of care to the poorest of the poor.

In the last year alone, we have seen new Finance, IT, and CRM software be brought in to make the ministry more efficient. God has also blessed the ministry with the type of people that can utilize these new systems to make the ministry even better at optimizing the work we do. “Bench Strength”, yes we have it, and the future of this ministry is in very good hands. Praise God for providing the people, resources, and passion to all those that have joined MMI to help lead us into the future.

There is a lot of work to be done, but with God’s grace and guidance, nothing is impossible. Praise Him!
